How to Make a Hibiscus Sparkler Iced Tea

What you need

600ml filtered water

Brown sugar
-
Soda water (we recommend Fever Tree)

Lime
-
Ice
Method
Prepare your tea:

Brew the Hibiscus in 600ml of water at 98 degrees. Leave for up to 30 mins.

Stir in 2 teaspoons of brown sugar whilst the liquor is hot.

Leave to cool.
To make the drinks:

Fill your glasses with ice
-
Serve 50ml of the tea per glass.

Top up with soda water.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
