How to Make Yunnan & Orange Iced Tea

What you need

**Bring equal parts honey and water to the boil, simmer for 5 mins then cool. Keep any leftovers in the fridge to sweeten any iced tea recipes.

Method

Prepare your tea:

  1. Measure the tea leaves into your Cold Brew Bottle, or any resealable bottle.
  2. Fill the bottle with filtered water
  3. Place the lid on and flip it once to ensure all the leaves are submerged
  4. Leave to infuse in the fridge overnight (approx 15 hours)
  5. Taste - if it needs more body, leave to infuse for a bit longer.

To make the drinks:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the cold-brewed tea
  3. Add the honey syrup and marmalade
  4. Add a good squeeze of lemon juice
  5. Put the lid on and shake vigorously
  6. Fill your glasses with ice
  7. Pour the mix over the ice
  8. Garnish with orange rind.
  9. Enjoy!
