How to Make Sparkling Four Seasons & Lime Iced Tea
For those who prefer something a more delicate iced tea on a hot day, this one’s for you.
The fresh, floral notes of our Four Seasons, a lightly-oxidised, 'green' oolong, make for a wonderfully refreshing iced tea, lifted in this recipe by a gentle fizz and, thanks to a squeeze of lime, a little zing too. If you have never tried any of our oolongs, this is one of our most popular and a great place to start - try it iced in this recipe or brew it hot for a smooth and floral cup with notes of tropical fruit.
