Hibiscus Collins cocktail recipe by Lantana

Serves 3-4 people.
What you need

50ml of good quality gin (we favour Sipsmith)

Lime
-
Soda water
-
Fresh mint
-
Ice
Method

Brew the Hibiscus tea according to the brewing instructions on the Good & Proper Tea brew card.

Leave to cool.

Fill a wine glass with ice and pour over the gin and hibiscus tea.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
-
Top up with soda water.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
